An ArcView extension for spatial adjustment of shape file themes
- Themes can be (poly)lines, polygons or point features class.
- The result of GeorefTools is a new ShapeFile Theme; it does not change the original theme.
- Transformation performs a translation, rotation and scale of each feature in the theme.
- It is based on a user defined relation between existing position of the features(original vectors) and the final needed position (corrected vectors ).
- To be possible a transformation needs at least 3 double -points of transforming.
- Each double -point is based on a MapPoint attached of the original vector and WorldPoint that is the new position of the original vectors.
- A georef double – point is in fact a line (GeorefLine).
- User can define 3 ..5 double-point for a Georef Transform.
