ProDoc will assist in documenting and organizing ArcView Project files. There are three basic parts to the ProDoc extension: the Comment Editor, the Summary Report Writer and the Project Library.

- View and edit comments for every document in the project in one convenient location
- Select multiple documents from a list and replace or add to their existing comments

- Reports can include specified document types (i.e. views and layouts but no charts or scripts)

- Track the time a project is open (this information is added to Reports)
- Project Library û Quick search, retrieval and review of all your ArcView Projects
- List all projects in the Library
- Search and sort the Library by Name, Date, Size or Keyword
- Display the Summary Reports for project files listed in the Library
- Option to automatically update the library and report when the project is closed
