Determine the polygon that contains each point. Updates a point database with information about the containing polygon(s). Works with shape files. An easy, efficient way to overlay points and polygons. Specify rules for transferring attribute data from the containing polygon to the point. Can move numeric data into text fields, and text fields that contain numbers into numeric fields.
